How it works

Using a prompt (text input), photos with content that is not captured by our keyword AI can be found. Lightroom Classic users can now also use Excire Search to search for abstract and non-objective terms (Library→Plu-in Extras→Excire Search->"Search with text input..."). There are no longer any limits to the search and you can search for an infinite amount of content. All you have to do is describe in one sentence what you are looking for, e.g. "the opera in Sydney at night" or "photos of the beach with a palm tree and a beautiful sunset". A prompt can be formulated in German or English and, as with the other searches, the search area can be defined via the settings. The quality of the results depends on skillful "prompt engineering" and the given image stock.
