As Haßberge Tourismus e.V., we are responsible for the tourism development and promotion of the Haßberge vacation region in Bavaria, Germany. We design and coordinate a wide range of offerings – from hiking and culinary experiences to public transport-based tours – and showcase them across all channels: print, website, and social media. Visual content plays a central role in communication with our audience.
Initial Situation: An Unstructured Image Archive
Over the years, our image archive had grown significantly – but without any consistent structure or system. For new team members, gaining an overview of visual assets was extremely time-consuming. Staff changes and temporary replacements frequently caused delays in editorial processes, as experienced colleagues had to step in to locate the right images – it was an inefficient and frustrating situation.The Solution: Excire Foto Office Edition
