Change Capture Date

The recording date can be found in a separate tab on the far right of the EXIF data display in the metadata editor.

There you can set a recording time consisting of the date and time for one or more photos.

There are three options for this:

1. Set the recording date to a fixed value: Here you can specify a new recording date and time for the selected photo(s).
2. Change by the hour: The original recording date serves as the basis, and the corresponding number of hours is added or subtracted (if negative).
3. Set the recording date to the file creation date: Sets the recording date to the date on which the file was created.

 

Then click Save to apply the changes. This allows you to change the recording date and time for several selected photos at once. To do this, check the box under "Apply to all" before saving.
