Survey view allows for quick and intuitive image selection directly from the gallery—similar to working on an analog light table.
To launch the survey view, first select the desired photos in the gallery using the mouse and the Shift or Ctrl key. Then click the "Survey View" button in the bottom bar.
The selected photos are now displayed side by side in full-screen mode. When you hover your mouse over an image, additional options appear:
Click the X in the top-right corner of the image to remove a photo from the overview. This allows you to gradually narrow down your selection until only the best image remains.
Using the icons in the bottom-left corner of the image, you can assign a star rating or a flag to a photo without having to leave the view.
Press the ESC key to exit survey mode and return to the normal gallery view.
